It's a frustrating world at times and there are a lot of pressures and unless we make the effort to stop ... we will not be able to survive this world with a healthy state of mind. We do work hard and many of us are "on" 24/7 and I think it's not good for our well being. I hope this candid post might help someone else take time and stop and re-evaluate their lives.
