Why do I like the Jump Snap workout so much?

Since I find it so important to skip rope, I can tell you that the second I found out about Jump Snap, I knew I HAD to get my hands on it.
I will openly admit that JumpSnap is most likely the most expensive skipping rope you’ll ever buy. On average, athletic skipping ropes are about $6.99 to $15.99, but the JumpSnap comes in at a hefty $59.95. That said, you will do things with Jump Snap that you cannot do with other skipping ropes.
Jumping rope burns more calories and fat than a lot of other form of exercise and it’s amazing at building strength. The problem is that you need high ceilings (so you cannot do this at home … unless you live in a massive home) and you need some serious co-ordination.
I often see newcomers to the gym with their personal trainer in tow attempt jumping even thirty seconds without missing a beat and that’s often an impossible task.
If your goal is to get in shape in the New Year and your goal is get into a fitness regime, JumpSnap might actually be a great little gadget to help you get started.

I think the ingenious thing about JumpSnap is that can add an extra workout session in your day because you can use the device inside your home and this also becomes quite handy for those crazy days where you cannot do a complete workout.
Here are some of the benefits of integrating JumpSnap in your workout:
* You lose weight, inches and you tone up your body.
* You can burn up to 100 calories every 5 minutes depending on your height, weight and the intensity of your workout.
* You burn more calories in less time.
* This is quite a practical routine you keep up with when you are on the road.
* You can safely and conveniently use the JumpSnap inside your home.
* You don’t have to worry about co-ordination as much as you had to with a conventional rope.

Did I try JumpSnap?
Yes, I did.
* There is a little bit of work on your part because you need to figure out the settings on the electronic monitor. I’m such a man when it comes to instructions … I never read them and always think that just by looking at something I can make it out. Don’t make my mistake and read the instructional pamphlet that gives you all the step-by-step details on how you can set-up your JumpSnap quickly and easily.
* I have to say that once you add the weights (yes the device comes with mini weights), you can actually feel the device and it works out your upper body.
* I selected some high octane music to ensure that my energy would be as high as possible.
* Because I didn’t have to deal with a rope, I was actually able to jump faster than usual and I was also able to go a little crazy with my foot step. I even was bold even to skip from one side of my home to the other simply by moving horizontally while still skipping!
* I must say that it’s more intensive than I thought because I actually went a bit crazy when I realized that I didn’t have the limitation imposed by a traditional skipping rope.
* One very cool thing about the device being electronic is that you’ll heard a swooshing sound that is exactly the same noise you would expect to hear from a real rope!
* I pull out my JumpSnap on days when I cannot make it to the gym and I also pull it out on those days where I feel I need an extra workout.
* All in all, I’d say this is quite practical and it’s perfect for anyone who travels and still wants to keep a regular exercise regime during business and leisure trips.
The best thing about JumpSnap is that you are able to take full advantage of the benefits of skipping rope inside your home while never (EVER) having to worry about ceiling heights.
Here’s another really great reason to buy JumpSnap: when you buy your first JumpSnap, you receive free copy of “The Big Fat Health and Fitness Lie”!

Just started using the Jump Snap. Liked it so much, I was hoping to find a longer work out for it. I have worked out for so many years in the traditional ways that I’m burned out. This was a fantastic alternative. Nice sweat built up.
