This bombshell is burning the screen on both sides of the border at 38!

Yes, I’ll admit that I’ve watched pretty much all the episodes of “CSI: Miami”. What can I say? I really like the show. In fact, I most likely have watched most episodes for all three franchises (“CSI: Miami”, “CSI: Las Vegas”, “CSI: New York”).

Sofia Milos caught my eye because I was watching one of those entertainment shows that announced her joining the cast of “CSI: Miami” when I saw this woman with a cascade of beautiful hair. I’ll admit that Sofia Milos’ hair is the object of my obsession … in my book, she has perfect hair and I love the fact that she’s made the decision to keep it very long as she ages … just like so many Italian women I’ve seen in Italy.

Recently, Milos (38, born in September 1969) jumped on this side of the border when she accepted a lead role in the Canadian series “The Border”.

There is no doubt that Sofia’s look and body are her greatest commodities and what keeps her working in a competitive industry. It’s interesting to read what her exercise regime looks like: “Right now I am devoted to Pilates though I love sports, especially Tae Bo, kickboxing, spinning and jogging. I work out three-five times a week (time permitting)”. She also explains how she keeps her diet in check and her guilty pleasures: “I eat pretty healthy — low carbs mainly. But, I do have to have my chocolate every day (I like Italian chocolate candy called “Baci”, which means “kiss” and Nutella).! It fuels my senses without cheating!”

Sofia Milos is my Beauty Match Celebrity because she’s another of those actresses who have decided to go against the Hollywood grain by holding on to her ethnic features (she’s half Italian … half Greek). There’s nothing about her that blends in with the crowd (which is good). She’s unforgettable because she has a distinctive beauty … and that hair doesn’t hurt. Sofia is also my pick because of her philosophy which I respect and agree with: “Never pray for it to be easier; pray to be stronger! Make yourself stronger, study, work hard and succeed!”
