Salba IS beauty food!

Last month, I summarized a recent Oprah special where she and Dr. Oz highlighted foods that were essential to aging-well: Dr. Oz and Oprah’s anti-aging check list!. It’s no secret that you cannot have beautiful skin if you eat poor quality foods.


The reason why media outlets keep repeating the same message is because most people don’t adhere to it. I personally believe that people don’t purposely avoid eating well or taking better care of themselves. I think in many cases most people don’t know where to start and I also believe that most people might find the whole thing too complicated.

If there was an easy to follow solution, I believe most people would feel compelled to make the necessary changes to their diets.
