Review: Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions

Pantene Expressions has a complete line of hair-care products for women who colour their hair for style or function (aka hide greys).
They have a Pantene Pro-V Expressions for blondes, red heads and brunettes. For a while I was using the brunette formula thinking no one cared about women with black hair since few formulas are made for us. Obviously my preconceived notion was very wrong.
Pantene does care about women with black hair and it shows with their Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions!
I have to say that I was quite shocked by how soft my hair felt after using the Pantene Pro-V Brunette Expressions shampoo and conditioner and I can assure you that Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions didn’t disappoint at all!
Pantene has created the Pro-V Midnight Expressions shampoo and conditioner with one thing in mind: to enhance shades of espresso to onyx found in black hair and to give radiance to dull colour.
I’ve also found that both Pro-V Midnight Expressions shampoo and conditioner help fight dry hair AND frizziness by adding moisture, and I also find they help protect my hair from the sun while leaving behind a rich glossy black shine.
I won’t go into details in terms of application and use of this product because it’s straightforward
If you have black hair and you colour your hair, you’ll want to consider Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions. The products don’t contain any die and won’t change the colour of your hair, but they will help maintain the richness of your coloured hair and will prevent it from looking faded out!
Other advantages to the Pantene Pro-V Midnight Expressions line: they are priced quite reasonably and contrarily to products that contain pigments that you can pick up at a salon or a hair care shop, you won’t have to dish out $30 for the shampoo and another $30 for the conditioner!
Would I buy it? YES
Would I replace my current shampoo/conditioner combo? Yes and I already have!

Pantene Midnight Expressions Shampoo is no longer available in retail stores–why??? Blonde, brunette and red seeem to be, but no black!
