I know this is not the first time I feature RezV, but I found a 12 minutes video from a feature that was televised on 60 Minutes explaining the many benefits of red wine and how it has an impact on your health.
The 60 Minutes clip also talks about the French Diet and how the French can eat fatty foods and still age better than most people.
