You might need to brace yourself here because I’m about to talk about Ojon hair care products. My love for these hair care products is well documented on Beauty Match and I just found another product worth writing about.
Ojon’s SWATM Liquid-Hair Building 4-step Ritual Kit is the answer to any one dealing with brittle, thinning and fine hair. SWA is an eight-week treatment that will help increase the strength of your hair and target hair density loss.
The 4-step process consists of 4 key products:
* SWA+ Stimulating Cleanser (your shampoo)
* SWA+ Nourishing Conditioner
* SWA+ Stimulating Juice Daily Leave-in Treatment
* SWA+ Concentrated Liquid Hair Boosting Serum (this is where the magic happens)
The key ingredient in this hair repair treatment is the SWA+ oil. This 98% natural oil that has been clinically proven to penetrate the hair shaft cortex is combined with Ojon oil (which restores the health of your hair), wheat peptides (they assist in product absorption and penetration), vitamins F and B and ginseng (to promote a healthy scalp and keratin (which contributes to a conditioning effect on thinning hair). As you can see, we’re talking about a vitamin rich blend of oils and products that will help thicken weak and thinning hair.
Another important fact about SWA+ oil is the fact that it’s extremely rich in amino acids and Omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids. Simply put, a deficiency in Omega 6 essential fatty acids can lead to brittle hair and hair loss.
Taking daily capsules of Omega oils is essential in helping your hair remain healthy and SWA+ is another way of injecting these important oils to your hair and scalp.
So did we try SWA+?
Of course we did! We actually had a few editors try the SWA treatment. I think the most important thing to remember when you embark on an eight-week treatment like this one is to remember that you need to commit to it in order to see results. In fact, you should see it as a little pampering for yourself. If you do keep up with the treatments, you’ll notice that by week four you actually will feel a significant difference in your hair and your hair won’t be as susceptible to breakage. You will start noticing that your hair “feels like hair” and it moves “like hair”. Combing and styling won’t be as much of a challenge and you’ll start feeling confident about your hair again.
The editors who did try SWA+ did say that after the eight-week treatment, they would switch to another product to give the hair and break, but would go back to SWA+ for another eight-week treatment. One of the Beauty Match editors suggested that women with thinning hair should consider doing a full year of boosting treatment by using SWA+ for two months, going off of it for one month and then going back to it and repeating the process for a full 12 months and that would really restore thinning hair to a healthier state.
The truth is that as we age, we will have thinning hair … if it’s not because of genetics, it’s often because of daily thermal damage (damage caused by daily blow dry and flat irons).
SWA+ is definitely a treatment consider to boost your thinning hair back to life.
American readers can buy SWA+ products on QVC, Sephora shops and sephora.com. Canadian readers can also purchase it at Sephora shops, <a href=”http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=AEok7N1AOIg&offerid=32532.10000391&type=3&subid=0″ target=”_blank” >Sephora.com</a><IMG border=0 width=1 height=1 src=”http://ad.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/show?id=AEok7N1AOIg&bids=32532.10000391&type=3&subid=0″> and The Shopping Channel.
The eight-week treatment retails for $129 USD/$135 CND.
