The reason why so many women feel uncomfortable with that part of their body is because as you age if you don’t have a regular fitness program that you follow week in week out, your body will change and expend.
Since we lose muscle mass as we age, it’s important to keep in mind that if you’re not exercising, then chances are you’re not going to be able to have a firm and trim lower body.
That said, it really doesn’t have to be all that complicated or time consuming, but it must be done consistently.
