Men have to pay more for Botox® than women!

We might pay way more for haircuts and basic skin care products than men, but the tables are turning and when it comes to Botox rejuvenation treatments … men are dishing out more for their rejuvenation treatments than women.
It’s true that Botox injections are still more popular among women than men, but more and more men are now getting in on the action because they either want to minimize the appearance of aging on their face or because they work in an environment/industry where they have to appear as youthful as possible.
Most male anti-aging rejuvenation treatments are administered to men under 40 because the male GenXers have been accustomed to taking better care of themselves. From many discussions with my gay friends, Botox and Restylane® injections are quite popular among gay men looking to preserve the appearance of youth for as long as possible.
Since men by nature have larger faces and more facial muscle structure than women, it would be natural they would require larger dosages of Botox. Since Botox is charged by the unit … this means that Botox is a much more expensive skin care rejuvenation treatment for men than it is for women!
