‘Mamma Mia’ the movie features hot leading actors over 40!

Why am I featuring the soon-to-be smash hit “Mamma Mia” the movie on a beauty site? A number of very good reasons justify this post:

* I love ABBA music!

* I absolutely loved “Mamma Mia” when I saw it on stage and I too was standing and singing ABBA songs out loud (happiness helps you age better)!

* Celebrity Beauty Match Pick Pierce Brosnan will be part of the leading cast.

Pierce Brosnan: Fifty-something and still as sexy as ever

Pierce Brosnan is scrumptious on p. 136 of Bon Appetit!

* Sexy Celebs over 40 and 50 like Colin Firth (47, born in September 1960), Christine Baranski (56, born in May 1952), Pierce Brosnan (55, born in 1953) and Meryl Streep (59, born in June 1949) take front and centre stage.

* The movie is set in Greece … need I say more (one needs to get away to age better)!

* I like Meryl Streep even more since the 2006 fashion smash hit “The Devil Wears Prada” (she showed in that movie that style had no age limit).

I have to say that I really don’t remember any other movie that has a cast in this age group. In youth-centric Hollywood, “Mamma Mia” could end up being quite the case study to prove that sex appeal after the age of 35 is very much possible!
