Jason Lewis is a tall, blond, blued-eyed Californian who makes 37 look very refreshing!

Like any self-devoted fan of the HBO series “Sex and the City”, I was drooling like a newborn when the creators of the show first introduced us to Jason Lewis’ character: Jerry ‘Smith’ Jerrod.

I’ll admit that until Jerry ‘Smith’ Jerrod shaved his head off in support of his “older” girlfriend Samantha’s (played by Kim Cattrall) breast cancer battle, I saw Jason Lewis as a pretty boy. But it was when the hair came off and you could actually only appreciate his incredible features and piercing-Pacific-ocean-blue-eyes … that it struck me how gorgeous this guy was and I had found one extra reason to tune in every week.

Jason Lewis might have started as a model, but in 1995 he made the transition to acting and since then he’s played in a string of movies and TV shows ranging from “Beverly Hills 90210″ … “to CSI Miami” … to “Brothers & Sisters” … to “House..

I don’t think that I’d be putting my head on the line by boldly stating that Jason’s role on “Sex in the City” might be his memorable one and now thanks to the SATC movie, he’ll be memorable on the big and small screen!

I’d love to come up with a deep philosophical reason why I’m featuring Jason Lewis as part of my Celebrity Beauty Match Picks, but the reality is that the man is dreamy and I would not have refused to be in Samantha’s designer shoes and that’s reason enough to feature him!
