Imedeen Time Perfection is the anti-aging secret of many models and high-profile individuals

carmindy imedeen A few months ago, I interviewed Pat Browne, vice-president marketing for Nordic Selfcare Institute®, to learn more about Imedeen Time Perfection.

Since I had already interviewed Pat on Imedeen Time Renewal (for post menopausal women), I thought it would logical to talk about the product designed for women in their 30s, 40s, and early 50s. I have to say that until doing research for Imedeen Time Perfection, I really didn’t realize how deficient my diet was in Omega-3.

I love salmon and I do eat it often, but I don’t eat it everyday and I certainly don’t eat it in quantities that would provide me with the amount of Omega-3 my body needs to repair my skin, hair and nails.

I’ve now been trying Imedeen Time Perfection for three months now and these are my findings:

imedeen * It did take at least two months to see the changes on my skin. After about 45 days, I started noticing that my acne breakouts were not as severe and I also noticed that my skin didn’t feel as dry.

* During the winter, I usually have “winter eczema” on my legs and this year I only had a few spots … which was a welcome relief.

* During the first 45 days, I noticed that my nails grew twice as fast and ever since then I’ve been noticing that I have to file my nails more frequently. I’ve also said bye-bye to “winter split nails”.

* I’ll have to admit that for the first week or so, I did have to remind myself to take my Imedeen pills before going to bed, but like any new habit, it takes a bit of time to integrate in your life.

I will shortly start testing a new product that’s similar to Imedeen, but if one thing is certain it’s that I will continue using a supplement such as Imedeen because the idea of rejuvenation my skin while eliminating my acne is too good of an offer for me to pass. Since I have sensitive skin and since a number of cosmetic rejuvenation treatments such as laser resurfacing are a big no-no because of my darker complexion, I have to say that I’m thrilled that Imedeen and products such as Imedeen seem to work so well for me.
