When I heard of this spa in London that offered evening spa treatments, I had to share this.

I unfortunately don’t have any plans to go back to London this year, but now that I’ve read about this nocturnal oasis I feel a bit sad that I didn’t know about it last year. I hope that this new might inspire a few

readers to make reservations if they plan a London trip and share their story.

The Sanctuary Spa Sunset session offered by the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden is simply the most luxurious adventure I’ve found in a long time.

The interesting about this spa located in the heart of London is the fact that at its origin it was a relaxing and rejuvenating destination for female dancers who performed nearby. Nowadays, you don’t have to be a prima ballerina to be able to indulge at the Sanctuary Spa.

The Sanctuary Spa Sunset session (£89, $196 USD) includes a mud wrap to calm your achy arms and legs, a kyphi sugar scrub that will exfoliate your skin and a hot stone facial to tone and firm.

I say that any spa treatment is always such a treat, but an evening one … now that takes the spa experience to another level. In my opinion, this kind of nighttime relaxing luxury should be shared with girlfriends.
