I was pretty excited when I heard about the travel-sized flat irons from Linea Pro (an indie company from London).

The Linea Pro Travel Mini Flat Iron collection is super cute and extremely easy to fit into your bag. It’s been out since November but it’s a good time to have it now when you’re getting ready for summer vacations.

It’s great to have with you whether you’re going for a short overnight trip or even after you’ve gone to the gym because it doesn’t take up a chunk of room like your normal flat iron; it’s only 6 inches long!

It’s also a good idea to have one of these when you’re flying especially because most airlines will be charging extra for surplus in luggage. It’s good to know that this mini flat iron only takes up a little over two ounces.

They’re quite noticeable in their light pink, red leopard, black and white exteriors. A cool addition that comes with these mini flat irons is the black heat-resistant pouch, making it a good place to store your iron after you’re finished using it. It’s nice when you don’t have to wait for your iron to cool down before you head out to work.

Because of its compact form (only ¾ inches wide!) it heats up within 10 seconds, ready to straighten your hair. It’s great for a quick straighten of your bangs which is often a source of annoyance for a lot of my friends. But if you aren’t looking for a quick straightening, you can also use this mini flat iron to curl or wave your hair too.

Linea Pro Travel Mini Flat Iron collection also claims that this iron will keep the moisture in your hair and leave it feeling conditioned.

If you’re as interested in these mini flat irons as I am you can find them at Henri Bendel in the U.S. and Holt Renfrew in Canada for $38 USD/ $52 CAD. It’s not a bad investment these days if you’re into easy fix-ups and travelling.
