Give up your espresso and grab a red espresso instead!

red espressoIf you’re looking for a way of combining your antioxidants and your daily espresso, you might want to take a look at this new product from South Africa.

I stumbled upon Red EspressoTM and thought the whole concept to be incredibly brilliant.

Rooibos tea has been getting a lot of coverage as beauty diet food because it’s packed with five times more antioxidants than green tea!!!

For those who didn’t know, Rooibos tea is only grown in one place on earth – within the 110-kilometre radius of the Cederberg region in South Africa.

The Red EspressoTM Rooibos tea can replace your usual espresso or drip coffee and it’s quickly becoming the beverage of choice in South Africa, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Switzerland, parts of Asia and the U.K. and now it’s made its way to the U.S. and Canada.

Along with being packed full of antioxidants, Rooibos tea contains no additives, preservatives or colouring agents … it’s all natural. Since Rooibos tea is naturally decaffeinated, it’s excellent as a late night drink because it won’t cause insomnia.

For now, Red EspressoTM is available in Western Canada at Wired Monk outlets and all the Waves outlets. The product is also available in certain Whole Foods Market stores, but it’s not yet made its way to eastern Canada. In the U.S., Red Espresso is sold at Whole Foods Market stores.
