This is going to be the most complicated beauty/health food product to explain that I’ve tried lately. Using the product is super-mega easy, but explaining the product and its incredible benefits will be a little trickier because there are a number of scientifically-based facts involved. This product also contains an essential ingredient that most of us have never heard of before. I know, personally, I had never heard of the benefits of fulvic acid until I started doing research for this product.

Vega products I tried and liked!

I tried a number of Vega products and created yummy and vitamin-rich smoothies for my morning meal. Now, one thing I have to say is that it will take getting used to the taste of the Vega Complete Whole Food Meal Replacement. This Vega product does have an aftertaste and the best way I found to camouflage the taste was to add raw sugar and plenty of fruits.

That said, my little morning recipe did bare a delicious tasting smoothie in the end. When it comes to the Vega Whole Food Smoothie Fusion, it’s your basic greens powder that you add to juice to create a smoothie.

Grape seed protects your skin & body against free radicals

When in doubt, look to European countries like France, Italy and Spain to take a cue from their culinary habits. Grape seed oil has been a staple in many European kitchens for centuries. Argentina is also another country that has adopted this powerful antioxidant in their diet. Grape seed oil is pressed from the seeds of many varieties of Vitis vinifera grapes, an abundant by-product of winemaking. It is plentifully used in salad dressings, marinades, baking and deep frying.

Aging-Well Video: Eat more fruits to age well!

It’s no secret that I’m a huge foodie and a big advocate of making the right choices when it comes to your diet (because your diet is directly related to your beauty). I simply LOVE (good) food and I never try to hide it.

I’ll admit to being a rare bird because the truth of the matter is that you’ll never catch me eating at any fast food restaurant. I do have a few weaknesses like chicken wings (which I occasionally order when meeting friends at a pub), but my food weaknesses are few and far between.
