July Contests: make-up and skincare

I cannot tell you how pleased I am to be working with Can-Fit-Pro to help entice a few more readers to get motivated to get fit!

I don’t believe in short lived New Years’ fitness, weight loss and diet resolutions (that usually fizzle by February 2^nd) and I think you have the power to decide at any point in the year to change your fitness level … SO WHY NOT START TODAY?
