During my summer 2007 trip to London, I had the pleasure of soaking up as much art and culture as I possibly could because Museum in London are free and I’m all for that!
During my visit at the Portrait Gallery in London, I made my way to a special exhibit featuring British women who made their careers in the arts. While reading the many bios and inspirational points of views, I landed on Sade Adu (born Helen Folasade Adu in 1959).

Madonna is going on 50, but she has the body of a 25 year old!
It’s interesting that Madonna’s new album is not making news so much because of the music and her collaborations with some of the heavy hitters such as Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, and Nate “Danja” Hills.
Nope, Madonna is making news because she’s about to turn 50 in a few months and she looks a-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y incredible. I’ve recently seen her new video and it’s simply mindboggling. The entire time I kept telling myself she’s 50 years old …. she’s 50 years old … she’s 50 years old.
Madonna’s look even got my dear friend Natasha emailing me and begging me to feature her as a Celebrity Beauty Match Pick because she said the pop star was truly an inspiration to all women when it came to looking amazing as you age.

Monica Bellucci: Italian-born, Paris-resident, bodaciously beautiful!
Good things come in threes. It wasn’t planned for me to feature three Italian actresses over 35 who were aging so well, but it’s hard not to talk about these women.
My third pick is the woman who made a lot of people ask: “who is she?” in the second part of the Matrix trilogy.

Sofia Milos from ‘Sopranos’ … to ‘CSI Miami’ … to ‘The Border’
… This bombshell is burning the screen on both sides of the border at 38!
Yes, I’ll admit that I’ve watched pretty much all the episodes of “CSI: Miami”. What can I say? I really like the show. In fact, I most likely have watched most episodes for all three franchises (”CSI: Miami”, “CSI: Las Vegas”, “CSI: New York”).
Sofia Milos caught my eye because I was watching one of those entertainment shows that announced her joining the cast of “CSI: Miami” when I saw this woman with a cascade of beautiful hair. I’ll admit that Sofia Milos’ hair is the object of my obsession … in my book, she has perfect hair and I love the fact that she’s made the decision to keep it very long as she ages … just like so many Italian women I’ve seen in Italy.

Cate Blanchett makes pregnancy sexy in her late 30s!
There no denying that Cate Blanchett is a super thespian who has been getting approval nods from the critics and the public.
She’s won countless awards for her dramatic and intense role because Cate Blanchett has a way of soaking in the character she plays so masterfully well. After all, very few actresses have played so many renditions of Queen Elizabeth with such perfection.
In fact, Cate was named as one of Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People In The World” (in 2007) and she was also names as one of the “most successful actresses” by Forbes magazine.

You cannot talk about beauty in your 40s without mentioning Demi Moore
It’s impossible to talk about beauty over 35 without talking about Demi Moore.
Now, I know some will say that it’s not natural, as it’s been alleged that Ms. Demi Moore (born Demetria Gene Guynes) underwent over $300,000 worth of cosmetic enhancement procedures.
I don’t really know if this has ever been confirmed or not, but this has been a rumour that’s been running rampant since Demi showed an-almost-perfect-body in the 2003 summer flick Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle movie.

Joan Collins is 74, fabulous and married to a man who is 30 years her junior!
I’ll tell you that Demi Kutcher (aka Demi Moore, aka former Ms. Bruce Willis, born Demetria Gene Guynes) can take a note or two from Joan Collins’ book.
Demi did dare the impossible when she hooked up, dated and then married Ashton Kutcher who just turned 30. There’s a 15 years difference in age between the two and since this is not the norm in North America (Demi born on November 11, 1962 is 45), this reversed May-December romance is simply mind boggling and so refreshing.
