Review: Pur Minerals Pure Body Butter

There are quite a number of shocking things about the Pur Minerals Pur Body Butter:

1) How can a company that specializes in mineral make-up make a body butter?

2) Since when did body butters come in a tube?

3) How can a body butter be non-greasy?

4) Wow – this product contains no parabens of formaldehyde … which begs the question: Why do I need formaldehyde in my creams?

I try a lot of creams in year and some are good and others are okay, but once in a while I’ll find a product that is extraordinary and the Pur Minerals Pur Body Butter is one of them.

Never mind the fact that it smells wonderful and does not give me a headache (I’m allergic to strong synthetic smells), forget about the fact that it absorbs so perfectly in the skin, don’t even think about the fact that the formula is hydrating enough to deal with your dry skin and light enough for you to continue using it during the summer …nah … don’t even think of all these great benefits … just think of Pur Minerals Pur Body Butter as your soon-to-be favourite body cream!

Review: Elizabeth Grant Aromatherapy Rebalancing Bath Oil is a home-spa treatment that gets top marks

Review submitted by our product reviewer Eleni

I finally understand the appeal of soaking in a fragrant, hot tub surrounded by candlelight and enjoying soft music and a glass of wine.

The scent of this aromatherapy bath oil is blissful and lifts one’s spirits beautifully. It’s really the perfect way to unwind after a long day…especially in the dead of winter when skin is SO in need of moisture and the psyche is SO in need of serenity. Aromatherapy Rebalancing Bath Oil is formulated with a 100% natural blend of essential oils French Lavender, Lemon and Sage.

Testing Elizabeth Grant Aromatherapy Rebalancing Bath Oil:

I added a few fragrant drops to my bath and stepped in to unwind, rebalance and rejuvenate. This bath oil can also be used as a massage oil.

Review: Should you buy Elizabeth Grant’s Vitamin C Body Lotion?

Review submitted by our product reviewer Eleni

I just love a luxurious body lotion. Generic drugstore brands are okay and do their job, but sometimes a girl wants to feel more pampered … more like a princess or movie star. I was able to get that creamy, dreamy feeling using the Elizabeth Grant Vitamin C Body Lotion.

Testing Vitamin C Body Lotion:

Testing this lotion was a no-brainer. I applied it every morning after my shower while my skin was still slightly damp and able to absorb all the goodness. Adding vitamin C to this body lotion in the sunny yellow tube with its flip-top cap was pure genius. The consistency is the perfect amount of creaminess that absorbs quickly and keeps working for hours. The lotion has a very light citrus scent that doesn’t clash with perfume in any way.

Biolements body cream is amazingly moisturizing

bioelementsI cannot tell you how much I hate dry skin. It doesn’t really matter if it’s summer or winter … I always seem to have parts of my body that are extremely dry.

I have lately come across a new body cream that I never heard or tried before.

There are a few things I dislike about a body cream: super-greasy and creams filled with synthetic fragrances. I cannot be bothered with either of those types of creams.

I was a bit skeptical when I got the Bioelements Vitalization Rich Intensity Body Cream and dismissed it as just another cream … that’s until I actually tried it.
