That said, I just heard that Celebrity stylist Robert Vetica will be styling a big name on Sunday!!!

Robert Vetica, celebrity stylist and author of an exciting new book “Good to Great Hair,” will be styling the hair of Oscar presenter Marion Cotillard for Sunday’s Academy Awards ceremony.

The 66^th Golden Globe Awards might have come and gone, but getting insider’s tip on celebrity hair for sexy celebs over 35 is ALWAYS welcomed!

When I found out that Beauty Match readers would be able to get some insider’s tips created by Celebrity stylist Robert Vetica created for two gorgeous and glamorous red carpet looks for celebs Salma Hayek and Kyra Sedgwick, I knew that my readers would be excited to learn more about such a master of hair!

If you notice, the hair style at these start studded events can make or break an expensive designer dress. Personally, I was scratching my head when I saw Drew Barrymore and Renee Zellwicker on the red carpet and presenting awards. One looked like a housewife from the 50s who had use way too much holding spray and the other looked like a younger Cruella De Vil (but without the two tone hair)!

If you are going to make any statements on the red carpet, you MUST get the hair right.

Before going into details about some of the treatment options that can help with proper hair conditioning, I thought I should list the different post where you can re-read (or read for the first time) the highlights of my discussion with New York stylist Amoy Pitters.

Amoy is a celebrity hairdresser in New York and she’s coiffed the tresses of many famous black beauties such as “Project Runway” Canada’s host Iman, Naomi Campbell, Joy Bryant, Angela Bassett, ex-editor-in-chief of Flare Magazine Suzanne Boyd, Nia Long (from the series “Big Shots”) and Victoria’s Secret supermodel Selita Ebanks. Amoy has also styled the hair of über-fashion designer Donatella Versace and Sting’s wife – Trudie Styler.

* Don’t try to hold on to the hair colour you had in your teens and 20s.
