*** Beauty Match in London (U.K.)***
It’s impossible to feature London as a capital where men and women are taking control of the way they age without mentioning Daniel Craig. Since I’m the one who highlighted Pierce Brosnan’s portrayal of James Bond, I cannot follow suit without mentioning his blond successor.
I’ll admit that Daniel Wroughton Craig (born in Chester in 1968) might not have been my choice to play British spy agent James Bond, but like so many people I was won over by his don’t-even-think-of-messing-with-me-performance and intensity in “Casino Royale”.
It’s not Daniel Craig’s acting abilities that are of concern to me, nor his lack of resemblance to past hunky actors who played James Bond, but rather his formidable physique at 39!
There is little doubt that countless hours of serious strength training have gone into shaping Daniel’s body and sculpting those rock-solid-abs into something even Michelangelo’s ‘David’ statue would envy. Although Daniel has a lot of motivation in maintaining the kind of body that will make him more credible as a “human-fighting-machine”, it’s still worth highlighting how incredibly attractive a well-defined body really is…regardless of age.
Daniel Craig is my Celebrity Beauty Match Pick because almost one year after the debut of “Casino Royale” (in November 2006) everyone is still talking about that “chair scene” were he was sporting nothing more than his birthday-suit.
