Stress is the most common disease of our generation!
Since most of us were already quite stressed out before the stock market events of the past few weeks, this recent string of bad news has sent a lot of us to the brinks of panic and deep stress.
With financial analysts and experts comparing this month to the crash of 1929, these past few months have really increased the stress level of most people around the world. Let’s also not forget how the international real estate market collapse has affected so many people. Between losing homes, losing jobs and losing live savings, it’s safe to say that most people are totally stressed out!
Most of these types of worldwide financial disaster affect women quite hard because women act as caregivers to others and they often take in more than they should when it comes to carrying the burden of others. I have no doubt that a lot more women have been feeling quite drained, worried, stressed and plain out scared by the events of the last few weeks.
Stress affects all aspects of our lives:

I don’t know about you, but I find that to be a HUGE deal!
