I’ll admit that I was humbled and a bit intimidated all at once.
You see Bare Essentials is a magazine for Australian women who are NOT afraid of taking their workout to the very next level.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I can hold my own when it comes to fitness and training, but everything about this magazine screamed high performance and I wanted to make sure I was up to the challenge to deliver material that these ladies from down under would like!
Well, my first feature is officially published and I’ve sent the PDF to all my friends and I thought it would be a great thing to share with my readers!
