The reality is that it’s not always possible to follow a diet that’s rich in all the essential foods that will help our bodies function at full capacity as we age.
We’re all juggling very busy lives and we’re too often double booked. I quite like finding solutions that make it easier to add nutrients to our diet with little or no effort.
I recently tried the Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend with is an essential oil rich in Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids and phytonutrients. Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend was formulated by professional Ironman triathlete and best-selling author, Brendan Brazier.
All the ingredients used the formulation of the Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend are unrefined certified organic botanicals that are cold-pressed without distillation, chemicals, synthetic purification agents or solvents.
The Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend contains a long list of antioxidants that effortlessly boost your system. In the formulation, you’ll find:
* Hemp seed oil (rich in Omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids)
* Flax seed oil (rich in Omega 3 EFA)
* Pumpkin oil (rich in Omega 6 and Omega 9 EFA)
* Coconut oil (which helps improve digestion)
* Green tea seed oil (super antioxidant)
* Pomegranate seed oil (rich in Omega 5 EFA)
* Black cumin seed oil (excellent for the immune system)
* Black raspberry seed oil (ultra-rich in antioxidants)
* Blueberry seed oil (protects you against free radicals)
* Cranberry seed oil (excellent at helping keep moisture in the skin)
I’ve been using essential oils in my diet for a good decade now, but I’ve never (EVER) come across an oil that was this complete. You’ll also notice that compared to other essential oils, the Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend is green in colour because of the addition of chlorophyll. In my opinion, this might be the most superior essential oil on the market.
You can add Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend to cold, warm and hot foods, but you should never use Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend as baking or frying oil.
I like adding Vega Antioxidant EFA Oil Blend to my yogurts, smoothies and salad dressing.

I was not aware that I was supposed to consume essential oils.
I always thought that oils were bad for you and had no idea that certain oils could be healthy.
I’ll have to consider adding some essential oils to my salad dressing like you suggest.
This is a great site for women over 35 who want to remain healthy as they age.
Thanks for the great information!!!
