Since the idea of hiring a personal trainer and nutritionist to help you burn that holiday fat off might no longer be part of the plan given how many of us have seen our retirement funds shrink, I decided to search for some courses and training programs from top fitness and health experts at a fraction of the price they would charge as a one-on-one consultation.
